Discover this charming new timber-framed house, designed to comfortably accommodate up to three people. Cosy, bright and fully equipped, it is the ideal base from which to explore the Côte du Goëlo. The living area features a cosy lounge with a television, free Wi-Fi and a high-quality sofa bed (120 × 200 cm). The sleeping area, which can be adapted using a removable partition, features a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a desk area, allowing you to maintain your privacy whilst retaining a lovely sense of space. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a filter coffee machine, a Dolce Gusto machine, a kettle, a toaster, a pressure cooker, and all the crockery and utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals. The modern bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, an electric towel rail, a hairdryer and a toilet. Outside, a spacious wooden terrace forms a natural extension of the living area. You’ll find garden furniture, reclining chairs, sun loungers and a plancha for enjoying pleasant al fresco meals. Electric roller shutters, high-quality bedding, two pillows per person, board games, linen provided and private parking round off the amenities of this particularly comfortable holiday cottage.
